Hakka Park Agriculture E-commerce Industrial Park Project

    项目概述：农业电子商务产业化，拟规划三期推进，前两期主要用于打造电子商务人才培训基地、电子商务企业孵化基地、电子商务服务外包基地；第三期将针对性打造电子商务物流仓储基地、电子商务技术研发基地。

Project overview: This Project intends to plan three phases for promoting agriculture E-commerce industry. The first two phases  will mainly focus on building the E-commerce talent training base, E-commerce enterprise incubator base and E-commerce service outsourcing base; and the third phase will purposefully build the E-commerce logistics and warehousing base as well as E-commerce technology research and development base.

Cooperation period: To be negotiated by both parties

    投资总额：1亿美元

Total investment: USD 100 million

    中方投资及构成：协助提供场地，办理有关手续

Chinese investment and composition: Assisting in providing space and handling the relevant formalities

    外方投资及构成：提供资金、先进技术和管理经验，引进关联企业。

Foreign investment and composition: Providing capital, advanced technology and management experience, as well as introducing related enterprises.

    建设项目选址：梅州市梅江区三角镇

Site selection for the project: Sanjiao Town in Meijiang District, Meizhou City

    项目引资地可提供的基础设施情况：用地面积31.3万㎡，建筑面积18.2万㎡。

Infrastructure that is available at the project site for attracting investment: With a land area of 313,000 square meters and a floor area of 182,000 square meters.
